Delhi Concierge is a personal orientation service designed for people arriving in India for the first time. The goal is simple — help you understand how everyday life actually works, so the city becomes comfortable instead of overwhelming.
Many visitors do not struggle because Delhi is difficult. They struggle because the rules are invisible.
Transport works differently. Payment systems work differently. Social interaction works differently.
Without context, small situations become stressful — ordering food, talking to drivers, understanding prices, or even knowing what is normal behaviour.
Delhi Concierge exists to explain the environment, not to guide a tour.
Understanding transport apps, payments, neighbourhoods, SIM cards, food safety and how daily systems operate.
Explaining behaviour, communication style, and how interactions work so situations feel predictable.
Accompanying you in the beginning so you gain confidence moving independently afterward.
This is not a tour company, travel agency, or package sightseeing service.
There are excellent guides for monuments and history. Delhi Concierge focuses on something different: helping you function comfortably in daily life.
The aim is independence. After one or two days, you should not need me.
You should know how to: use transport, handle money, order food, communicate confidently, and move around the city calmly.
When you understand the system, Delhi stops feeling chaotic and starts feeling navigable.
If you want to talk before arriving, you can message directly. I’m happy to answer questions even if you’re just planning.
